Login Online Desktop ready for Windows 10
By Dennis Sigmond
Last week the first technical preview of Windows 10 has been uploaded to the service provider to be used in the cloud. Although we are talking about a technical preview (build 9860), this already gives a good impression of what we can expect. Windows 10 is expected to be released in 2015, but it's already useful to look ahead to see which business applications are still working and which ones need to be adjusted.

If the functionalities within Windows 10 are comparable and the platform is stable enough, a preview of the desktop will be made available to our customers so they can test their own (virtual) applications on a technical and functional level. Windows 10 will be available within the Login Online Desktop as of the official release date, next to the Windows 7 platform. We can't say much about the performance of Windows 10 yet because it's only a technical preview, but we can assume it will be better than Windows 7. Of course we will also validate the performance with Login VSI. These results will be published in an article.
